The advantage of the Modular Building

1. Save material
The modular building usually use to the outer and inner partition walls of the structure. The fixed formwork is processed by the factory and industrialized. Therefore, the outer and inner walls of the prefabricated structure have the characteristics of fixed formwork and mechanized concrete pouring. Compared with the problems of leaking grouts and the difficulty in controlling the amount of concrete that is very easy to occur in traditional construction, the application of this technology can not only increase the accuracy of prefabricated slabs but also reduce the waste of concrete. The structure of the modular building completely processed in the factory, and it can directly transfer on-site. It does not need to process concrete on-site, which reduces the construction of water consumption. After the parts reach the site, no maintenance is required. 4. Improve construction accuracy
Compared with the conventional concrete pouring technology, prefabricated construction controls the building error within 2mm, the efficiency improves by 3 to 4 times, and the drawing strength of the tile increase by about nine times.
